ABOUT HOMELANDS PARK
Homelands Park offers the most idyllic Park Home LifestyleWhy choose to live at Homelands Park?
Homelands has been in the Home family for almost 100 years. Originally attached to farmland, Homelands Park has now become a beautifully designed and managed Residential Park located near Bridgnorth in beautiful quiet Shropshire countryside.
In 2008 Bryan Home together with sisters Shirley and Julie, managed to secure planning to redevelop the park with permission to site 80 residential park homes. Since then, major investment and redevelopment has taken place, and the park has been transformed following careful design and planning to become home to an established community of semi retired and retired residents.
Whether you are retired or semi retired, Homelands Park provides you with an affordable and comfortable lifestyle and a welcome feeling of being part of an inclusive friendly community.
Keeping it in the family
In September 2019 the family introduced the next generation to the business and Claire Adams was appointed as Park Manager taking on the role of the day to day running of the park.
Claire has proved to be invaluable to both the park owners and residents, always being on hand to offer advice and assistance to residents. In addition, Claire also manages all admin and sales enquiries.
With younger generations now becoming an integral part of the management of the park, so you can be assured that your future at the park is in safe hands. We continue to develop and invest in Homelands Park to make it a place where you can truly feel at home.
Things to do at Homelands Park
At Homelands Park, there is every opportunity to make new friends and try new hobbies.
On site there are a number of amenities available to residents... for those wishing to grow their own vegetables, we have an allotment area where residents can have their own personal allotment space for a modest charge of just £35.00 per year. Additionally there is a Fishing lake just 15 minutes walk from the park where you can relax and catch some of the many species of fish. The fishing lake is free to use for residents.
For those with a passion for horses, there is a trekking centre in the next village of Stottesdon or if you own a horse we have grazing adjacent to the park or a livery yard in the village with a range of facilities.
If walking and hiking is your way of keeping fit and taking in the glorious countryside, then we have numerous walks and trails just on the doorstep.
Golf is a pastime which is very popular, and we are ideally located with many nearby golf courses, both public and private that cater for players of all standards.
